IN EUROPE THE PERCENTAGE OF PPD is 2-3% acceptable standards.  *Vee's main products are well below 1% and also contain No amonia, or Resorcinal. Vee offers complete coverage of gray/white hair with No PPD, No Resorcinol, No Amonia and in many cases no peroxide,
